Hi. You need to write your graft counts as well. How it looks to an untrained eye, is not going to help you with anything. But if you are having concerns, just talk to your doctor. I am sure he will be happy to answer your questions.
Donor area looks good. For the transplant area, you need to wait for the growth.

Thanks! It’s 2500 grafts, i was told

Your donor healing on day4 pics seem good. You will not have marks. 2500 grafts is a bit tight. But i cannot see the full depth of the transplant through the pics. However, the satisfaction of the results depends on the angles and distribution of the transplanted area. You need to qait for the growth and see.
Follow your doctors instructions, use all the aftercare products carefully. You should be fine
